After divorcing his wife and children’s mother, Krista Joiner, Xzibit is selling his California property for roughly $4 million.
Architectural Digest published an article on the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in Porter Ranch, California, on Thursday (January 26). The stunning 5,710 square foot property has several facilities, including two kitchens, a pool with a baja shelf and a swim-up bar, a built-in fire pit, and a spectacular view of Los Angeles, even though it doesn’t have any out-of-this-world features like the automobiles on Pimp My Ride had.
After around six years of marriage and 20 years of dating, Joiner filed for divorce in 2021. In his initial request, Xzibit argued that he had struggled financially throughout the pandemic, with tours and other appearances being cancelled, and requested the judge not to grant his ex any spousal support. The rapper’s brother Jason allegedly told Krista that Xzibit makes over $1 million a month from his cannabis business, according to Krista.
Jason further asserted that he kept $20 million for Xzibit in several vaults and provided him with cash as needed.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, the rapper responded to the accusations by calling Krista’s statements “bullshit” and warning that “there will be blood” on her hands for allegedly spreading the falsehoods. He continued by saying that this time, she and Jason “outdid” themselves.
