Warner Music Korea Launches MPLIFY To Empower Korean Artists On The Global Stage.

Warner Music Korea has introduced a new label, MPLIFY, specifically designed to support Korean artists with international ties. MPLIFY’s strategy is to focus on English-language music, helping these artists engage more effectively with global audiences and succeed on the international stage.

The label is led by Samuel Ku, a seasoned Korean-American producer, songwriter, and executive with over 15 years in the industry. Ku, who has worked across a variety of genres, is positioned to have a significant impact on the global music scene, according to Warner Music.

Olivia Marsh, a Korean-Australian singer-songwriter, is the label’s first signee, with her debut single set to be released on major digital platforms in October. Warner sees MPLIFY as a new model for music production and artist management, offering creative freedom while also aiming to help artists build a worldwide fanbase.

Marsh expressed excitement about joining MPLIFY, praising the team’s passion and innovation as she embarks on her career with them.

Samuel Ku emphasized MPLIFY’s commitment to supporting exceptional talent by providing resources necessary for global success. He highlighted the platform’s goal to elevate unique voices and facilitate connections between artists and fans around the world, leveraging Warner Music’s vast network.

Warner Music Asia Co-Presidents, Jonathan Serbin and Chris Gobalakrishna, reiterated this commitment, emphasizing MPLIFY’s role in fostering a new generation of artists who embody the diversity of global culture. They believe the label will offer a platform where unique voices can resonate internationally.
