Warner Music Group Launches Wmg Pulse, A New App Giving Artists Real-Time Insights On Streaming, Fans, And Earnings.

Warner Music Group has launched a new app called WMG Pulse, designed to give artists, songwriters, managers, and their teams access to real-time data on streaming, fan engagement, and earnings across platforms. Built by Warner’s in-house tech team, the app consolidates information from major digital streaming platforms and social media into one dashboard. Still in beta, the app is currently being tested by over 100 WMG artists and will be widely released later this year. WMG says the app will continue to evolve based on user feedback and will include advanced tools like forecasting, release planning, and collaboration features.

The app was developed under the direction of Ariel Bardin, WMG’s President of Technology, who previously spent 16 years at Google and YouTube building products like Google AdWords and ContentID. Bardin said the goal of WMG Pulse is to improve transparency and help artists make informed, data-driven decisions. He described the app as user-friendly and capable of delivering deep insights into an artist’s career and audience. Bardin’s team is also believed to be developing Warner’s separate superfan app, which reportedly features Ed Sheeran and is nearing a broader rollout following internal testing.
