Warner Chappell And Bandlab Technologies Forge Innovative Partnership To Empower Emerging Artists.

Warner Chappell, owned by Warner Music, and BandLab Technologies’ Caldecott Music Group have announced a significant collaboration today. Warner Chappell will manage administration for ReverbNation creators enrolled in a new program offered by ReverbNation Publishing Administration, according to both companies.

In addition, Warner Chappell Music (WCM) and ReverbNation plan to establish a joint venture aimed at discovering and nurturing talent via the BandLab Technologies platform, acquired back in 2021. Songwriters who are part of both ReverbNation and Warner Chappell will benefit from support provided by Warner Chappell’s team, including A&R, sync, and creative-services professionals.

Warner Chappell co-chair and CEO Guy Moot emphasized the importance of digital platforms in discovering artists and songwriters today, describing it as the ‘new songwriter economy.’ The partnership with BandLab Technologies aims to leverage the thriving creator community they have built to support and amplify promising emerging talent.

BandLab Technologies co-founder and CEO Meng Ru Kuok highlighted the potential of this partnership to empower a new generation of artists in finding their creative voice and place in the evolving music industry landscape.

This collaboration is part of a series of major deals recently closed by Warner Chappell, including global administrative ties with Radical22, associated with Dua Lipa, and collaborations in the gaming industry with Electronic Arts. Additionally, Warner Chappell expanded its partnership with ICE to centralize online licensing administration in Europe.
