Tyler, The Creator is making one of his childhood dreams come true with the launch of his own Louis Vuitton collection. Mentor Pharrell Williams, LV’s men’s creative director, handpicked Tyler for this role, and the vibrant men’s spring 2024 line was unveiled on Thursday (March 21).
To mark the milestone of his LV collaboration, Tyler released a humorous two-minute trailer showcasing the behind-the-scenes effort leading up to the collection’s debut. In the amusing clip, the Grammy-winning rapper is seen struggling with an oversized camera in the studio, attempting to capture images of his designer pieces on Louis Vuitton models. Despite the chaos, Tyler’s passion shines through as he navigates the challenges.

Named the “Craggy Monogram,” the luxurious capsule collection features items that reflect Tyler’s personal style, including a baby blue V-neck knitted vest, pastel shoes, and Bermuda shorts. Known for his attention to detail, Tyler didn’t skimp on accessories, offering a $200 pocket square and unique additions like a collectible cereal bowl, a leather golf bag with Damier towel and club head covers, and a piece with an integrated chess set.
Reflecting on this significant opportunity, Tyler expressed his gratitude for Pharrell’s support, stating, “P has always left a door open for me, but I still can’t believe this one.”
Pharrell also shared his excitement about the collaboration, highlighting Tyler’s creative input and their longstanding friendship. The collection, available on the Louis Vuitton website, embodies the essence of LV’s collaborative spirit and showcases Tyler’s artistic vision and craftsmanship.
