Tyler, The Creator Celebrates After Scoring First Song With 1b Spotify Streams

Thanks to a song from his Flower Boy phase, Tyler, The Creator has joined the Spotify Billions Club. He marked the significant accomplishment on Instagram.

On Sunday, July 2, the streaming service revealed that Tyler’s “See You Again” With Kali Uchis had reached the exclusive Billion’s Club.

The prestigious club has recently welcomed several new rappers, Tyler being the most recent. In 2022, Spotify’s stream count for the timeless 1999 album “Still D.R.E.” by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg exceeded one billion.

Along with music singers like Ed Sheeran and Harry Styles, The Weeknd, Eminem, and J. Cole may also be seen performing at the club.

Following a performance of the song as part of the Super Bowl LVI Halftime show, the duo’s “Still D.R.E.” music video passed a billion views on YouTube back in February, marking a significant accomplishment.

Regarding Tyler, the TikTok-famous song from his Flower Boy album with Kali Uchis has just received new traction. On June 10, Robin posted a video to Instagram showing his son from a previous relationship with Paula Patton singing the song at a school event.

I’m still choked up and have tears in my eyes from being so moved by your voice, spirit, and skill, Thicke wrote. “You and Peyton make such a terrific team. You have truly impressed me. At any age, that was an amazing performance. Julian Fuego Thicke, my son! Wow! @feliciathegoat”

Tyler remarked in the comments, “Super cool!”
