Tyler, The Creator told fans on Wednesday (Dec. 3) that he is preparing to slow down on communication as he releases the last full clothing collection from his le FLEUR* label. In a note of thanks, he explained that designing these collections over the past seven years became a second passion, but the time has come to close this chapter. While the brand will continue with fragrances, accessories, and collaborations, full apparel collections will not move forward after this release.
Tyler said he began le FLEUR* in 2019 as a small side project meant to match his personal style. Over time it expanded into a detailed world built around specific colors, patterns, and shapes. He noted that the work brought him into spaces he had once imagined, mentioning moments such as creating tennis-inspired pieces for Lacoste, designing around mountain-top settings, and contributing to large-scale visual concepts during his collaborations with Louis Vuitton.
He thanked several people who supported his direction over the years. Louise Trotter, now at Bottega Veneta but formerly of Lacoste, was credited with giving him an early opportunity. Pharrell Williams and the late Virgil Abloh were also recognized for understanding the creative language he was developing. Tyler said he usually avoided appearing in brand lookbooks, but chose to participate in this final one since he had served as the fit model throughout its development.
Select items from the last le FLEUR* The clothing collection will be released on Saturday (Dec. 6), and Tyler directed fans to a catalog documenting the seven-year run of the brand’s clothing work. The announcement arrives during a busy period for him. On Christmas Day he will appear in the film Marty Supreme alongside Timothée Chalamet, playing a key role in Josh Safdie’s story about ambition and its costs.
Tyler also enters the 2026 Grammys with nominations for two albums. CHROMAKOPIA is up for Album of the Year, while DON’T TAP THE GLASS is nominated for Best Alternative Music Album. The projects were released in consecutive years and placed him in competitive categories alongside artists including Kendrick Lamar, Clipse, Hayley Williams, and The Cure.
