Travis Scott's 'Utopia' Is Better Than 'Astroworld,' Says Sheck Wes

Sheck Wes, who praised the concept and called it “next level,” claimed that Travis Scott’s Utopia will be superior to Astroworld.

Adin Ross, a streamer, asked the Cactus Jack signee directly whether Travis Scott’s eagerly anticipated new project compares to his 2018 release Astroworld, which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 overall and was awarded triple platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Sheck Wes described the upcoming project as “so fire,” and he wasn’t going to lie. “One thing about my homie Travis, man, I ain’t gon’ lie, he got that shit [whistles] when it come to that music.”

“ASTROWORLD is a great album, but man, UTOPIA is going to the next level,” he concluded. Even I am not in front. All I have to say is that [whistles].

Travis is getting ready to officially present the project at The Ancient Pyramids of Giza in Egypt next month, and anticipation for La Flame’s first project in five years is at an all-time high.

Travis Scott’s website also allows pre-orders for Utopia, despite the album’s official release date is still pending.

The long awaited album is available in a variety of bundles that include hats, sweatshirts, and T-shirts. Additionally, there are five alternative cover art variations that have not yet been made public.

In a May interview with PIN-UP Magazine, Travis Scott discussed Utopia and provided details on how the album was created as well as the significance of the album’s name.

“Utopia is something that people feel is so far-fetched and out of reach, some perfect state of mind,” he claimed. “However, you make it yourself. Every day, some people succeed in achieving utopia. The best you can hope for is a utopia, regardless of whether they are the wealthiest or have the sexiest cribs.

I strive to present people experiences where utopian things can happen and you can have fun and enjoy yourself with every record because I live in these worlds in my head. They have the power to produce energy that spews out new treatments, structures, and pathways for individuals to advance. People must perceive the reality of utopia.

Sheck Wes, meantime, hasn’t released an official album since his 2018 debut, MUDBOY, but he did release a brand-new song last year called “PAIN!”
