Travis Scott has partnered with FC Barcelona and Spotify to design a special Cactus Jack-themed jersey, which the team will wear during El Clásico on May 11 against Real Madrid and again on May 18 for their final Liga F match of the season. In a statement, Scott described the collaboration as a merging of his creative world with the global stage of football, emphasizing that it goes beyond branding to blend sound and sport. To mark the occasion, Scott will also perform an exclusive, invite-only show in Barcelona on May 10 for dedicated Spotify listeners in the area.
Spotify’s VP of partnerships and marketing, Marc Hazan, highlighted the collaboration as the company’s most ambitious to date, framing it as a prime example of how Spotify connects artists with global cultural moments. Only 1,899 jerseys will be produced, a nod to FC Barcelona’s founding year, and they will be available for purchase on Scott’s website starting May 9.
In other developments, Scott officially announced that rapper Wallie the Sensei has signed to his Cactus Jack label. Initially introduced as a guest on the upcoming JACKBOYS 2 compilation — the only non-label artist featured — Wallie’s signing was confirmed shortly after the announcement. The compilation will be released alongside a film directed by Harmony Korine, who has previously collaborated with Scott on Aggro Dr1ft and Circus Maximus. The JACKBOYS 2 film is described as a high-stakes narrative featuring fast cars and bright lights, with performances from Wallie the Sensei, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, Chase B, and Sofaygo.
