Travis Scott was floored by Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41, months after giving the wrestler a real-life black eye at Elimination Chamber. During the main event against John Cena, Scott entered to “FE!N,” seemingly teaming with Cena—until Rhodes dropped him with a Cross Rhodes.
Despite the hit, Scott interfered again moments later, dragging the referee out and costing Rhodes the win. Cena pinned Rhodes to become WWE Undisputed Champion and celebrated with Scott in the ring.
Back in February, Scott hit Rhodes with a hard punch that caused a ruptured eardrum. Rhodes later told Complex he was “not mad” but ready to return the favor if Scott ever returned to WWE.
The Rock later praised Scott’s energy and dedication, saying Scott “wanted to get his hands bloody” and made his presence count. The moment adds to hip hop and wrestling’s growing crossover moments in WWE.
