Zuckerberg shared a photo on his Instagram Stories of the two working together in the studio, captioned, “It’s happening guys.” T-Pain reposted the story, adding, “It is time…” and referring to Zuckerberg as “Z.”
The pair’s friendship has grown recently, with T-Pain gifting Zuckerberg a Nappy Boy chain earlier this year. Zuckerberg posted a picture wearing the chain, thanking T-Pain and using the opportunity to showcase his new Segment Anything AI research model. The two also teased future collaborations, with Zuckerberg expressing excitement about more “adventures ahead.”
Despite this, T-Pain has had past issues with Zuckerberg’s platform Instagram, particularly with its DM feature. He shared how messages from celebrities and others had ended up in his request folder, which he didn’t notice. After discussing the issue with Zuckerberg, the Meta CEO explained that the request feature aims to reduce bullying and spam but acknowledged that it still needs improvement.
