Summer Walker has released the official music video for “Heart of a Woman,” the lead single from her upcoming third studio album Finally Over It. She first previewed the track in August 2024 via a now-deleted Instagram post and officially announced it in October as part of the album rollout.
The R&B ballad explores the pain of staying in a toxic relationship out of love, with the line, “the only thing that’s saving you is the heart of a woman.”
Blending ‘90s R&B with neo soul influences from her Clear 2 EP, the track has been praised for its emotional depth, with HotNewHipHop calling it “painful but beautiful.”
The lyric video features Love Island winners Serena Page and Kordell Beckham, ending with Page’s character leaving, symbolizing strength and self-growth.
