Skepta Thinks Back On Unreleased Frank Ocean Collaboration

The failure to properly release Skepta and Frank Ocean’s 2018 duet “Little Demon” has caused the British rapper to daydream about what might have been.

On Wednesday (January 18), Skepta shared a reflection on the song and the bars he delivered via his Instagram Story. He acknowledged how “fuckin’ hard” they were, but he also said he couldn’t recall them all.

“Every once in a while I think about my verse on Little Demon with Frank,” he wrote. “The first 8 bars on that leak is so fuckin’ hard but I don’t remember the rest of the lyric kmt”

Skepta’s post is available to view below:

In the last months of 2018, Frank Ocean teased “Little Demon” on Instagram with a brief clip. A year later, the Odd Future singer released the Arca-produced song as a 7-inch single and played it on his Blonded Radio program on Beats 1. However, three months later, in February 2020, Frank’s website informed followers through email that the vinyl release had been postponed without providing a reason.
