Boston’s SILK R&B Party is set to take over the Museum of Fine Arts (MFA) for a special edition of MFA Late Nites on Friday, March 28. The event, which was teased on social media before its official announcement, promises a night dedicated to rhythm and blues, blending music, art, and culture.
With DJs curating a mix of classic and contemporary R&B, SILK aims to create an immersive experience for attendees. The evening includes live performances, art-making sessions, and exclusive gallery access. Guests will be able to explore “Witnessing Humanity: The Art of John Wilson,” featuring more than 100 works by the Roxbury-born artist, and get an early look at “Van Gogh: The Roulin Family Portraits” before its public opening.

- Urban Hang Suite (8:30 PM–Midnight, Level 2, 465 Bar and Restaurant)
- DJ Heyssis and DJ Slick Vick will highlight the evolution of R&B, touching on various subgenres.
