In a public service announcement signed by CEOs Ricardo “Zeus” German and Erlens “Eflat” Royer, the label expressed regret over the delay, citing technical complications. “Our team has been working extremely hard on behalf of Shandelle to ensure that all of you, especially her fans, get the absolute best experience possible with her art. Unfortunately, no facility is perfect,” the statement read.
