Roc Nation Distribution has rolled out a new dashboard designed to give independent artists more control over their releases, with acts like Clipse and SAINt JHN among those set to benefit from the update.
Krystian Santini, President of Roc Nation Distribution, called the new platform a major step forward for independent artists. In a statement to Complex, he said the dashboard offers a centralized space where musicians can better understand their audiences and shape release strategies without facing financial barriers. He added that the technology provides access to information usually limited to major label artists.
Created in partnership with Linked by Air, the dashboard delivers real-time streaming insights, including listener age ranges, locations, and platform preferences. Artists will also see broader fan activity such as top hashtags and commonly used emojis connected to their music.
The update also simplifies payouts by offering automatic payments to bank accounts or PayPal and streamlining revenue splits. Roc Nation Distribution is additionally opening direct sign-ups, allowing independent artists to start releasing music through the platform immediately.
A new video released by the company provides a walkthrough of the dashboard and highlights the key benefits available to artists moving forward.
