The much anticipated NOW OR NEVER: RENAISSANCE event, took place this past weekend at Unity in Dorchester, marking another successful community event that brought together music, art, and culture under one roof.
Organized by Robert Kelly-Morgan, CEO of PUTINWORK, the event drew a crowd of more than 500 attendees who gathered to celebrate the continued evolution of Boston’s creative scene. Unity’s dual halls were filled with live performances, DJ sets, and interactive art showcases, highlighting a wide range of local talent and collaborators.
ROB shared on social media that the night ran smoothly, with strong attendance and energy throughout the venue. The event was powered in collaboration with Dorchester Art Project and THRILL, who helped activate community spaces and extend the evening’s reach across both halls of Unity.
The evening featured a mix of artists, live bands, and special guests, alongside ROB’s family members who contributed to logistics, security, and on-site operations. The organizer noted his appreciation for Unity’s staff and his team for their coordination and effort in making the night a success.
With NOW OR NEVER: RENAISSANCE wrapping up on a strong note, ROB hinted that future editions are already in the works, promising continued growth for one of Boston’s most community-driven creative events.
