Rhythm + Waves Festival Announces 2026 Lineup for Portugal’s Algarve Coast

A new festival called Rhythm + Waves will debut on Portugal’s Algarve coastline in 2026. Scheduled for June 27 and 28, the event introduces a multi-genre format split across three stages, creating an even balance between rap and electronic music.

The festival’s headliners include Gunna, Ken Carson, Chase & Status, D-Block Europe, and special guest A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. Organizers designed the lineup to give equal space to rap, drum and bass, bass music, house, and techno.

The Wake Stage will focus on rap, featuring acts such as Lancey Foux, Destroy Lonely, Morad, Gazo, and additional performers. On the Centre East Stage, the festival moves into drum and bass and bass music, with bookings including DJ EZ, Hybrid Minds, Andy C, SHERELLE, Skream (performing a 140 set), and Flava D B2B Arthi. The Centre West Stage, curated by NeoPop, will highlight house and techno.

Artists such as Wet Bed Gang, Cabelinho, Chefin, Camo & Krooked B2B Bou, La Mano 1.9, and MC Rodrigo Do CN are also confirmed, with more than 30 additional names still to be announced.

In a statement, festival organizers described Rhythm + Waves as a next-generation event set on Praia da Rocha in Portimão. They emphasized the location’s beachfront setting, noting that all stages will operate on sand with full ocean views and large-scale production design.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on December 3 at 10 a.m., with general sale following on December 4.
