“Letter to Jordan,” a new song by T-Rell dedicated to his Down syndrome-affected 13-year-old son who recently overcame cancer, was just released.
T-song, Rell’s which was released on December 16, raps about the boy’s fortitude in the face of his illness. The song also has a DJ Vince-directed music video that features the rapper standing with Jordan at basketball games, hospital visits, road trips, and other events.
“Who took cancer with a smile? My boy did/ Who’s still standing here now? My boy is/ You ain’t gangsta but I say that shit so gangsta, you’re my hero/ It’s crazy how you inspired all these people,” T-Rell raps on the song.
