On November 1, Quavo and Offset commemorated the late TakeOff on the second anniversary of his death. Quavo, TakeOff’s uncle, shared two photos of them on Instagram, captioning the post, “Til Infinity ♾️🚀,” along with more tributes on his Instagram Stories, expressing, “My heart been gone 💔” and “Forever In Our Hearts ♾️🖤🚀.”
Offset also honored his former Migos groupmate, posting multiple pictures with TakeOff. The rapper continues to grieve TakeOff’s death, sharing moments that highlight their bond.
TakeOff, born Kirshnik Ball, was tragically killed on November 1, 2022, outside a Houston bowling alley following an altercation during a dice game. He was 28. Quavo was present at the scene but unharmed, while two other individuals sustained injuries.
Following the recent death of fellow Atlanta artist Rich Homie Quan, Quavo and Offset have rekindled their friendship. Quavo posted a series of nostalgic Migos photos with Quan and hinted at positive progress with Offset, writing, “Good convo with my bro @offsetyrn 🙏.”
