Forever 23 2x, the late “23 Island” rapper’s posthumous album, will be released on February 3, according to a post on his official Instagram account.
The post’s caption said, “JayDaYoungan’s new album “Forever 23 2x” will be published 2/3/23,” next to the cover image of the upcoming work, which shows a picture of Jay looking down while wearing an icy BG 23 chain pendant around his neck.
Rap buddies like Fredo Bang, Jackboy, and Cinematic Music Group CEO Jonny Shipes showed their support in the comments section.
The native of Louisiana’s upcoming album will be his first new work since his passing.
