Nipsey Hussle's Biopic Trailer For "All My Life" Features Lebron James And "Shooting Stars."

One of the most prolific artists in the music business, Nipsey Hussle’s work is still used as the background music for other inspirational content.

Shooting Stars, the genesis story of how LeBron James guided Akron’s St. Vincent-St. Mary High School to a winning record and a State Championship in 2003, debuted its trailer on Friday, May 19.

The five young guys struggle to strike a balance between comradery, sportsmanship, and compassion while the late rapper’s 2018 song “Grinding All My Life” can be heard playing in the background. LeBron James’ journey to becoming a four-time NBA champion, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, and the NBA’s all-time leading scorer is also highlighted in the teaser.

Marquis “Mookie” Cook, Caleb McLaughlin, Avery S. Wills, Jr., Khalil Everage, Sterling “Scoot” Henderson, Dermot Mulroney, and Wood Harris are among the performers who appear in Shooting Stars.

Chris Robinson is the director, and LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s entertainment and production company Springhill Company are the producers.

On June 2, Shooting Stars will be made available on Peacock.

In contrast, JAY-Z honored Bron’s “greatness” earlier this year in a video tribute that was broadcast prior to the 2023 NBA All-Star Game.

In February 2023, Hov paid tribute to LeBron on TNT by praising his outstanding level of performance over the course of his 20-year career after surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the league’s all-time leading scorer.

Excellence, in his opinion, is the capacity to perform well over an extended period of time. “People are still considering your name long after you have left. Greatness consists on that. There aren’t many to which LeBron can be compared. 19-time All-Star, an amazing achievement. The all-time leading scorer. What else can you say, really?
