Netflix is expanding its podcast footprint after announcing an exclusive video podcast deal with iHeartMedia that will move more than 15 iHeartRadio shows to the streaming platform beginning in early 2026. Under the agreement, the video versions of several high-profile podcasts will stream exclusively on Netflix.
Among the shows included in the deal are The Breakfast Club, Joe and Jada, My Favorite Murder, Bobby Bones Presents: The Bobbycast, Behind the Bastards, Dear Chelsea with Chelsea Handler, and This Is Important. While their video formats will no longer be available on YouTube, iHeartMedia will retain full audio rights, allowing episodes to continue streaming across the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other audio platforms.

iHeartMedia CEO Bob Pittman described the move as a natural extension of the company’s audio dominance. He said the partnership allows iHeart to expand into video podcasts while working with a platform that has a global, video-first audience. Pittman added that the collaboration creates new opportunities for fans to engage with familiar voices while introducing these shows to viewers discovering them for the first time.
The agreement follows a similar move by Netflix earlier this year. In October, the streaming giant signed a deal with Spotify to host video versions of several of its original podcasts, including The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Rewatchables, and Serial Killers, also set to debut in early 2026.
As Netflix continues to diversify its content beyond scripted programming, the addition of exclusive video podcasts signals a broader push into personality-driven formats that already command loyal audiences.
