NBA YoungBoy to Release New Album on July 4 and Expand Fall Tour.

NBA YoungBoy has announced he’s releasing a new album on July 4. The news came via his Instagram Story, where the rapper simply wrote, “Album July 4.” No tracklist, cover art, or feature information has been revealed yet.

The upcoming project may include singles he’s dropped since his release from prison, such as “Where I Been,” “Shot Callin,” “Top Tingz,” and “Finest.” Fans are reacting with excitement online, calling the album announcement a major moment for the rapper’s return.

In addition to the album, NBA YoungBoy is preparing for his first-ever headlining tour, Make America Slime Again, which starts September 1. Thirteen new shows have been added, mostly scheduled for October and early November. Tickets went on sale earlier this month.

YoungBoy says he’s aiming to re-energize the rap scene, writing, “We finna show y’all different,” in a recent update tied to the album and tour rollout.
