Nay Speaks has kicked off a new interactive competition for her supporters and peers: the Chicago Hottie Open Verse Challenge.
Announcing the challenge on social media, Nay revealed she has left an open spot on her track for submissions. “Ighttt yall, here’s the #ChicagoHottieVerseChallenge 🌶️ I left a spot open for only the hardest verses!👀 I’ll be collab posting w/ the hardest, funniest, and best verses I see! The winner might end up on the remix👀🌶️ Y’ALL GOT 7 DAYS!” she wrote.
Participants are asked to submit 16–20 bars using the provided sound, tag Nay Speaks, request to collaborate, and include the official hashtag. According to her post, standout entries may be reshared on her platform, and the strongest submission could even land on the official remix.
The challenge underscores the growing trend of artists leveraging open-verse competitions on social media as both a marketing tool and a way to connect directly with grassroots talent.
