NAV has dropped the official music video for “6AM Thoughts,” featuring Cash Cobain and Bay Swag. This release comes on the heels of the Evan Larsen-directed trailer for his upcoming album, On My Way 2 Rexdale. The trailer features Future discussing the title and underlying concept of the album, which is named after the Toronto neighborhood that Nav has a close connection to.
“6AM Thoughts” is the second lead single from NAV’s fifth studio album. The track, which showcases the talents of New York-based producer and rapper Cash Cobain and Bay Swag, was initially previewed during their HOT 97 Funk Flex Freestyle on April 3, 2024. NAV confirmed the single’s release date as August 2, 2024, via an Instagram post on July 30, 2024.
