The National Black Arts Festival (NBAF), in partnership with Neiman Marcus, will host its 19th Annual Fine Art + Fashion Benefit on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Atlanta History Center. The event begins at 6:30 PM and will recognize leading voices in art and fashion, including designer LaQuan Smith and visual artist Amanda Williams.
Smith will receive the Fashion Designer Extraordinaire Award, while Williams will be honored with the Radcliffe Bailey Award for Excellence in Visual Arts. Celebrity stylist J Bolin will also be recognized, and student finalists from NBAF’s NextGen Artist youth program will be presented during the celebration.
The Fine Art + Fashion Benefit features a fashion show, dinner, and awards ceremony highlighting student winners from the Fashion Forward Student Design Competition and NextGen Visionary Artist Competition. Proceeds support NBAF’s arts education programs, especially for underserved students of African descent.
Smith is known for his high-profile clientele and global brand presence, while Williams’ architectural and visual art work is widely exhibited and collected. J Bolin’s styling influence spans entertainment and fashion brands. Tickets and more information are available at nbaf.org/fine-art-fashion.
