After speaking with Mr. Beast and learning about some of the competitions he holds while playing Minecraft, Lil Uzi Vert was rendered speechless.
This week, Uzi joined Mr. Beast on a livestream and quizzed the successful YouTuber on anything Minecraft-related.
Rapper “Money Longer” was perplexed by Beast’s offer to give away homes to Minecraft champions. He questioned, “So are you telling me that you actually gave an eight-year-old a house?”
“Mr. Beast, you really enjoy Minecraft,” Uzi innocently asked. “Wait, so you mod the squares. But it’s nothing but squares.”
“Well we mod it and we do cool things,” Beast said of the PC game. “We let 100 people build a house in Minecraft and they each built one, and whoever built the nicest-looking house, I gave them a house in real life.”
Mr. Beast clarified the situation by stating that the real estate competition’s winner was older than eight.
Even though it seems unlikely that Lil Uzi Vert will ever play Minecraft or hold any of his own tournaments, WhoSampled claims that the beat for his platinum-certified single “XO TOUR Llif3” does in fact briefly sample a Minecraft soundbite.
