Boston-based artist MonaVeli recently released her latest single, “HOME,” which is now available on all major streaming platforms along with a visualizer on YouTube.
In a post on Instagram, MonaVeli described the release as more than just a song, calling it a “spiritual and emotional release.” She added, “If you’ve been able to relate to this song I’m so sorry — but I’m also so proud of you,” acknowledging the personal weight of the track and its themes. Produced and mastered by LeoTheKind, “HOME” appears to draw from deeply reflective experiences, something the artist has been open about with her audience.
A few days after the release, MonaVeli followed up with another post featuring images of herself watering a flower, accompanied by the caption, “I hope it hurts so much it makes you better.” She also teased her next live performance, inviting fans to “sing about your lyin ssa ex” with her on June 8.
MonaVeli is set to perform at The Story of an Artist summer showcase presented by the Fort Point Arts Community. The event will take place on Sunday, June 8 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the FPAC Art Space located at 70 Sleeper Street in Boston. The showcase will feature local talent across music, poetry, and rap.
