The project was initially expected to be released on Friday, August 4, but Huncho has recently revealed that it will instead be released on August 18.
On Monday, July 31, Quavo said on Instagram that “We gotta run some more tests before the rocket is ready to launch.” the hashtag “8/18 #RocketPower.”
The accompanying video shows the Migos rapper back in the studio working on the record by himself as the album teaser plays on the projector and an ominous beat rumbles through the speakers.
Quavo’s decision to make last-minute changes to the album was accepted by some fans, while others were unhappy by the delay.
