Meet Shar Biggers: The Visionary Behind Influential Brands In Business And Politics.

Shar Biggers is a celebrated Creative Director, Designer, and Brand Strategist known for her work with major U.S. presidential campaigns and Fortune 500 companies. She is also the founder and CEO of Saleah, a Black-owned brand design firm that aims to bring her extensive expertise to underrepresented businesses.

With over a decade of experience, Biggers has shaped some of the most powerful visual identities across politics, culture, and business. She has contributed to U.S. presidential campaigns, worked with global brands like Amazon and Sephora, and designed everything from brand identities to packaging and aircraft liveries. Her passion, however, lies in helping businesses led by underrepresented founders create brands that can compete on a global scale.

“I’ve seen firsthand how branding can change the trajectory of a business,” Shar explains. “I want to ensure that founders without significant resources still have access to top-tier branding.” Through her agency, Saleah, and The Bridge Program, Biggers is providing exactly that.

Shar Biggers made history as the first Black woman to serve as Head of Design for a U.S. general election presidential campaign. She was a key part of the design teams for Hillary for America in 2016, and later led the design efforts for the Biden-Harris and Harris-Walz campaigns. The Harris-Walz branding, which was created in just five days, became an emblem of strength and hope, with messages like “We’re Not Going Back” shaping modern political design.

Biggers’ work extends beyond politics, where she has helped brands stay competitive by developing visually compelling identities and digital experiences. However, access to high-quality branding has often been limited to large companies, leaving smaller businesses at a disadvantage. This is where Saleah comes in.

Saleah, meaning “to prosper and advance,” is a branding firm designed for high-growth businesses, public figures, and cultural brands. Through The Bridge Program, Biggers is working to level the playing field by offering elite branding services to financially disadvantaged founders.

“Branding is an investment in how the world perceives you,” says Shar. “Black-owned businesses often face limitations because their branding is confined to niche markets or stereotypes. They deserve branding that allows them to compete on a global stage.”

The Bridge Program was created to help bridge the gap between financially disadvantaged business owners and the world-class branding they deserve. Through the program, Saleah offers branding and strategy services typically reserved for multi-million dollar companies.

“If your branding doesn’t communicate your value, you’ll struggle to scale and attract customers,” Shar explains. “The Bridge Program ensures that founders who deserve a seat at the table have branding that gets them there.”

The program is open to all founders who have faced financial and systemic barriers. It aims to provide businesses with branding that removes biases and positions them to succeed based on their true potential. Through her work, Shar has proven that strong branding is not just about aesthetics; it’s a tool for influence, access, and building generational wealth.
