Superstar rappers Future, A$AP Rocky, 21 Savage, and Playboi Carti were the targets of a major audio leak earlier this week that contained more than 200 unreleased tracks.
Two of Future, Rocky, and Savage’s songs were leaked, compared to three of Playboi Carti’s. Young Thug and Gunna of YSL both suffered losses on a larger scale, losing 20 recordings each. SahBabii had 41 tracks leak, while Yung Nudy took the biggest hit with 172 tracks.
In a video response to the disclosures, Nudy said, “I’m a say this sh– one time, bro. I don’t know if y’all know, I’m not like other rappers, bro. I’m 100 percent finna take my time out to find out 100 percent who exactly is leaking my music. And I’m 100 percent gonna pull up at whatever studio it is, and I’m 100 percent gon’ beat your ass, on my mama.”
There were some promising partnerships on the unreleased records. Gunna has two songs that could be released: “Sunfall” with Lil Baby and “On Sight” with Roddy Ricch. A$AP Rocky and Playboi Carti have two songs on the list, one of which is titled “Go.”
Bia denied claims of any potential ghostwriting assistance, tweeting: “No London jae wrote the hook, I wrote the pre and verse it’s not rocket science.” Latto experienced a similar problem two weeks prior when it was reported that 130 songs, including unreleased collaborations and reference tracks for several well-known songs like Bia’s “Whole Lotta Money” and Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick,” leaked online.
