The stoner comedy team Jay and Silent Bob make a guest appearance in the music video for Logic’s latest single, “Highlife.”
The humorous video features Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith, who played Jay and Silent Bob in the movies Clerks, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Jay and Silent Bob Reboot, as they party with the Maryland native while rapping about the benefits of using marijuana.
“Up when the sun shines, yeah/ Motivated by the people I see around me all the time, all the time/ Uh, yeah, sometimes I, I doubt myself in the moment/ Only for a moment, I’m knowin’/ No, it ain’t always gon’ be this way, what can I say?/ That’s why I buy it, break it, roll it, light it/ Smoke it, ignite it, every day,” Logic raps on the uplifting track.
