Ll Cool J Surprizes With 'ncis: Hawaii' Cameo After 'ncis: Los Angeles' Ending

Following the ending of NCIS: Los Angeles, LL COOL J made a surprise appearance at the end of Season 2 of NCIS: Hawaii, much to the pleasure of fans.

The 55-year-old rap legend, according to Deadline, appeared as Sam Hanna, a fan favorite, in the final episode of Season 2 titled “Dies Irate.” He will next appear as a guest star in Season 3 of NCIS: Hawaii alongside Vanessa Lachey.

The capacity of NCIS: Hawai’i to unite the franchise is one of the show’s most attractive aspects, according to Lachey in a statement. “With the triple crossover, we have had a blast bringing the aloha to NCIS and NCIS: L.A.

“We now have the incredible chance to bring Sam Hanna to Hawai’i so he can assist the island in solving some cases and perhaps even share a few laughs in the process. Todd, welcome to the ohana! The journey will be enjoyable.

On May 22, LL COOL announced his new position in the venerable franchise by posting a picture of himself and Lachey dressed as characters on Instagram.

LL exclaimed, “Couldn’t keep Sam Hanna off the case for too long!!” Sam Hanna will collaborate with the @ncishawaiicbs crew as a recurrent guest star in the forthcoming third season beginning today. Watch the @ncishawaiicbs season 2 finale live and on demand on @paramountplus or @cbstv at 10 ET/PT.

The exciting news sparked remarks from fans and famous people. Omari Hardwick stated, “My bro…live it right,” and Big Daddy Kane added, “THE GOAT!!!”

In NCIS: Los Angeles, LL played Sam Hanna from 2009 to the program’s May 21 finale.

In both music and television, LL COOL J is experiencing a comeback. He has reportedly hired Eminem and Nas to help with his upcoming record, according to recent reports.

He is preparing to release his debut album in ten years to coincide with Hip Hop’s 50th birthday this year in an effort to make his musical comeback.

According to AllHipHop, the as-yet-untitled project will feature a number of high-profile guests, including Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Saweetie, and the aforementioned names. However, LL needs no help on the mic.

It will be the first time each of those artists has collaborated with James Todd Smith on vinyl, with the exception of Joey Crack, who performed on the “I Shot Ya (Remix)” back in 1995.

While LL’s G.O.A.T. 2 in 2014 was postponed, he continued to tease a Slim Shady collaboration on his eagerly anticipated 14th studio album. Eminem was originally meant to appear on the album.

He stated to Billboard in 2016 that “He actually did his vocals and everything.” “It actually took place. I want the project to be successful as a whole. I adore Em, and he is my man. We will absolutely get things going because he is a friend of mine as well. The entire world has been anticipating that. They’ll do it correctly, and it’s going to be wonderful.
