This week, Lil Wayne visited Deion Sanders, the new head football coach at the University of Colorado, and was astounded by what he saw.
On February 1, the two-time Super Bowl champion shared a video to Instagram in which he gave Weezy and his group a private tour of the team’s cutting-edge facilities. The media center, indoor training field, weight room, and other rooms were revealed to the Young Money rapper, but it was the team locker room that truly left him speechless.
“Oh, this the locker room? This the fucking locker room? C’mon man!” Wayne remarked while looking around in shock at the enormous, upscale space. “It’ll be hard for a n-gga to feel bad after a loss up here. I’m telling you that right now.”

In December 2022, Deion Sanders was appointed head coach of the University of Colorado football team. Prior to that, he spent two years as the head coach of Jackson State, where he guided the team to consecutive appearances in the Celebration Bowl and the first unbeaten regular season in school history.
