Lil Wayne Extends Billboard Streak With Tyler, The Creator Collab.

Lil Wayne has extended his Billboard chart streak to 21 consecutive years, thanks to his feature on Tyler, The Creator’s new track, “Sticky.” The song’s debut on the Hot 100 this week means Wayne has appeared on the Billboard singles chart every year from 2004 to 2024. His streak began with “Go DJ” and Destiny’s Child’s “Soldier” in 2004.

“Sticky” is the third collaboration between Tyler and Wayne to make the Hot 100. Their previous charting collabs were The Game’s “Martians Vs Goblins” in 2011 and Tyler’s “Hot Wind Blows” in 2021.

Tyler’s latest album, Chromakopia, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 299,500 units, marking his highest debut yet. It also scored Tyler his first top 10 singles with “St. Chroma” (No. 7) and “Noid” (No. 10). With 212.55 million streams and 142,000 sales, Chromakopia has the year’s second-highest rap album debut, following Travis Scott’s Days Before Rodeo.
