Lil Wayne put on a wild performance at Club LIV in Miami, Over the weekend, even bringing out Drake and 2 Chainz at one point.
Drake may be seen dancing throughout Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz’s performance of a few songs, including Young Money’s “Steady Mobbin” and Chainz’s collaboration with Wayne on “Watch Out” from their critically acclaimed joint mixtape ColleGrove.
The link comes as Lil Wayne continues to work diligently on Tha Carter 6, which he confirmed during his Young Money reunion performance at the 6 God’s October World Weekend festival last September alongside Drake and Nicki Minaj. He was also seen going to the studio, possibly to work on the project with Juelz Santana.
“CARTER 6 In Process… #ICFMFLifeslstyle #WeInMotion #BackOutSide,” Santana captioned a video of him and the New Orleans rap legend in the lab together.
The next collaboration between Santana and Weezy includes a sample of Hov’s “Coming of Age (Da Sequel)” from 1998’s Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life, which was just revealed by Santana.
