The Pink Tape, the much awaited new album from Generation Now musician Lil Uzi Vert, will feature Travis Scott, according to the album’s producer.

BNYX, a producer who has worked with artists like Yeat and Ty Dolla $ign in the past, reposted a recent livestream in which DJ Akademiks discussed an upcoming feature. Simply confirming that he would be producing the movie Akademiks was referring to, the Philadelphia producer tweeted: “prod by ____? #### [salute emoji].”

Fans responded to the tweet with unbridled enthusiasm, with one person writing: “This better be true,” and another writing: “Oh man, this gonna be the one fasho.”

By taking extra precautions to keep it out of the hands of snooping hackers, Lil Uzi Vert is striving to secure the identities of the outstanding features on their new album.

Last week, Uzi used Instagram Live to play unheard tracks for fans and give an estimated release date for the project. They also showed a novel chain with a flash drive in place of a pendant that holds the much anticipated third album’s files.

They held up the flash drive and the white-beaded necklace and added, “The Pink Tape, I keep it on a chain.” It will be delivered to Elliot [Eliantte] tomorrow so he can completely cover it in pink diamonds. I wear a chain around it. The entire roll of pink tape is hanging on a chain just here.

“I haven’t been wearing any jewelry because this costs more than any chain I own. This small item right here, right here. I always wear it.

The Philadelphia rapper then reiterated their commitment to releasing The Pink Tape before the end of June while sporting his retro purple dreads. They announced, “The album is coming at the end of this month.” “I’m at my breaking point. You realize I’m crazy, right? The end of the month will see its release, even if I have to drop it myself.

In related developments, despite the song’s enormous Billboard success, Uzi recently acknowledged that “Just Wanna Rock” is still “unfinished” in their opinion.

When the Philadelphia rapper released “Just Wanna Rock” in October of last year, the Jersey Club-infused track immediately rose to the top of the charts, debuting at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and selling more than a million downloads by December. By February 2023, the song had earned platinum certification.

In a recent interview with 032c magazine, Uzi acknowledged that despite this massive popularity, the song is still in some ways “unfinished.”

Uzi acknowledged, “Yeah, I compose experimental music. “That song is undoubtedly incomplete. The beat’s conclusion is also off.

They explained how the Jersey Club influence on the song came about and claimed they simply picked a track that sounded “the most fun.” Uzi noted that given the rapper’s background as a dancer, the flashy viral footwork in the “Just Wanna Rock” music video should also not be surprising.

“People have forgotten that I was a dancer before becoming a rapper,” Uzi stated. I’m merely a product of my environment because that’s how cool kids from Philly and Jersey dance, not because I made it up. I’m only illuminating that culture.
