Lil Uzi Vert Blesses Nyc Pizza Staff With Generous Tip

This past weekend, Lil Uzi Vert pulled up to a pizza restaurant for a large order and made sure to give the personnel with the same respect that they had shown him.

The Cuts & Slices Pizzeria in New York City shared a collection of video footage from Uzi’s visit to their establishment on Sunday (July 16). The 27-year-old rapper is seen in the post picking up a sizable order, and then the camera cuts to the kitchen staff cheering while holding cash in their hands.

“@liluzivert,” read the caption on the video. BELOVED PULLED UP BLESSED THE STAFF [three winged cash, five hearts] Thank you, we are grateful for your love and support [bicep flex, prayer hands, heart, and chef emojis].

In the music industry, Uzi is advancing the release of their Barter 16 project, which was inspired by Young Thug, by dressing up as the YSL CEO.

The Philadelphia rapper, who just dropped their eagerly anticipated Pink Tape album last month, is already hard at work on two follow-up projects; the other being the third entry in their Luv Is Rage series.

Young Thug’s old white outfit and a red bandana resembling the one the Atlanta rapper wore on the cover of Barter 6 are seen on Lil Uzi Vert in a footage from a recent studio session.

Thug’s aforementioned 2015 mixtape, which itself was a somewhat contentious reference to Lil Wayne’s iconic Tha Carter series, serves as the inspiration for Barter 16’s title.

Shortly after Pink Tape debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart earlier this month with nearly 167,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week, Lil Uzi Vert announced plans for Barter 16.

They posted on Instagram Stories, “Sitting here thinking about how I went #1 on an experimental tape.” Barter 16 mixtape is on the way, I apologize.

Young Thug, who is now incarcerated awaiting trial in the YSL RICO case, was honored with the announcement by Lil Uzi Vert, who wrote: “Free Slime.”
