This month, Lil Baby will make his Saturday Night Live debut as the venerable comedy program returns for the 2023 season.
SNL confirmed the performers for its upcoming two episodes in a tweet on Thursday, January 5. The actor Michael B. Jordan will host the January 28 performance of Baby.
The Atlanta rapper follows recent musical debuts on Saturday Night Live by several of his rap colleagues, including Gunna and Jack Harlow, who also served as hosts.
Sam Smith, a British musician, will perform the music for the episode the week before Lil Baby’s while Aubrey Plaza, an actor, serves as the host.
