Kita Rose Opens Up About Fallout With Kittie Rose & Ace Metaphor on JayHill Network.

In a clip from her interview on Mr JayHill Network podcast, content creator and former Tonight’s Conversation panelist Kita Rose addressed her fallout with Ace Metaphor and Kittie Rose, shedding light on alleged manipulation, betrayal, and toxic work environments.

No Reconciliation: “There’s No Going Back”

When asked if she could envision a resolution with Ace Metaphor—whom she referred to as “Mojo Jojo”—Kita made it clear that there was no chance of reconciliation. She expressed that while there was no lingering animosity, the level of betrayal she experienced made it impossible to mend their relationship. However, she suggested that the only way he could redeem himself, even slightly, would be by genuinely seeking professional help, rather than issuing empty apologies.

She likened the situation to high-profile public figures who deny wrongdoing until evidence forces them to admit their actions, emphasizing that true accountability requires deep internal work, not just performative gestures.

Allegations of Toxic Behavior & Mistreatment

Kita accused Ace Metaphor of creating a toxic work environment, warning those still involved with Tonight’s Conversation to be cautious. She urged them to ensure they were being compensated fairly and not allow themselves to be exploited. According to her, Ace had a history of disregarding contracts, manipulating those around him, and draining the energy of talented individuals to serve his own interests.

Despite these claims, she encouraged current panelists to focus on their own success, making it clear that her issue was with Ace, not the show’s contributors.

Betrayal by Kittie Rose

Kita also detailed her falling out with Kittie Rose, a former friend whom she accused of orchestrating her departure from Tonight’s Conversation. She claimed that Kittie secretly relayed information to Ace, ultimately leading to Kita’s exit.

What hurt the most, she explained, was not just the betrayal but the level of personal closeness Kittie had cultivated. Kittie allegedly inserted herself into Kita’s life on a deep level—getting close to her family, participating in intimate bonding moments, and even buying matching outfits for Kita and her son—only to turn around and prioritize her own career over their friendship.

“I could have just seen you at the green room and said, ‘Hi,’ if it was just business,” Kita remarked, questioning why Kittie had made their relationship so personal before betraying her.

Manipulation & Narcissism

Kita described both Ace and Kittie as narcissists who strategically preyed on people’s vulnerabilities. She noted how Ace allegedly played mind games, refusing to have direct conversations about firing her, instead letting rumors spread while reassuring her that everything was fine. According to her, he avoided confrontation and used vague promises to keep people emotionally and professionally tethered.

Similarly, she claimed that Kittie manipulated people by feigning deep friendships while positioning herself for professional gain. Kita stated that after she publicly spoke out, multiple ex-partners of Kittie also came forward, alleging similar patterns of manipulation.

Kita’s main takeaway from the situation was a broader message about accountability, particularly within the Black community. She warned against allowing abusers and manipulators to hide behind the idea of “falling from grace” without real accountability. She emphasized that growth requires true self-awareness and healing, not just performative apologies.

Ultimately, Kita made it clear that she had moved on from both relationships and had no interest in revisiting the past—unless it was to ensure others didn’t fall victim to the same toxic patterns.
