During a live performance, John Legend announced that he and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, had welcomed their third child.
The “All Of Me” singer-songwriter reportedly announced the good news at a private concert on Friday night, January 13, the same day Teigen gave birth.
“What a blessed day,” John Legend is said to have told attendees. He also added that although he’d been at the hospital for a long time and hadn’t gotten much sleep ahead of the event, he felt “energized” after the baby’s birth.
Some in attendance during Legend’s concert also announced the birth on Twitter. #Congratulations,” they said, “@johnlegend just told us he had a kid this morning.”
