Jermaine Dupri's New "Hot Boy" Hairstyle Takes It Back To The '80s And '90s

Jermaine Dupri entered the music industry just as the 1980s were coming to an end, and his new hairdo brings him right back to that time.

On Monday, the head of So So Def presented his brand-new “Hot Boy” haircut on social media (January 30). Along with photos of the new hairstyle and accompanying attire, he tweeted to his followers, “If I ain’t a Hot Boy, then what do you call that.”

JD then took it to TikTok to show off more of his look. “Whewww, that boy fresh,” JD said in a video. “You know what I’m talking about?”

He added: “Anyway, y’all be talking abut drip. Man, look – the glasses. Man my glasses cost $10,000. What y’all doing? Huh? Yeah.”

Jermaine Dupri is unimpressed with the condition of rap today, even though his hair may be a throwback to the classic Hip Hop style from way back when.

The renowned producer responded to a question about why, in recent years, he has been recording more R&B music in an interview with VIBE earlier this month.
