One fan was helped by Jamie Foxx, who helped her out by returning one of her most valuable possessions.
The Ray star, who has reportedly been recuperating in Chicago following an undisclosed medical emergency, was reportedly seen on camera finding a woman’s lost handbag and locating the group as they rode a pedicab across the city.
The woman can be heard repeating in shock, “Thank you, Jamie,” as Foxx exits his SUV and hands her the items. She said, “Oh my God,” before joking that she should have taken a photo with the 55-year-old singer-actor before he sped away.
After battling health concerns for months, Foxx recently made his first public appearance. This courageous deed follows that.
The actor, comedian, and musician last updated his Twitter account over four months ago on Sunday (July 9). Boat life [fox emoji], he inscribed. Summer festivities with @brownsugarbbn [Brown Sugar Whiskey] “God bless you!”
TMZ also got video of the 55-year-old entertainer waving at spectators from his yacht as they supported him. On the same day as the aforementioned tweet, the video was shot on the Chicago River.
On Monday, July 10, Foxx left Chicago for Naperville, Illinois, where he practiced his swing at a nearby TopGolf course. According to TMZ, the rehab facility where Foxx has been recovering from his medical issue is not far from the driving range he visited.
