Check out the music video for “Rabbit Vision,” off Freddie Gibbs’ most recent album $oul $old $eparately, down below.

The ESGN rapper’s musical journey over the years is depicted in the film, which was directed by Gibbs, Harley Astoria, and Ben “Lambo” Lambert. The footage is grainy and VHS-style and shows him ripping down stages, recording in hotel rooms, and enjoying the fruits of his fame.

Peers and associates like Jeezy, Big Sean, DJ Paul, and Kaytranada make several cameo appearances in the video.

On the song itself, Gangsta Gibbs discussed his long-running conflict with Jeezy, confessing his affection for the former label head and his immaturity at the time.

“Me and Jeezy still ain’t spoke in years, but I got love for him/ Could’ve talked it out, but I spoke out, I let it get to me/ Showed me I could be a fuckin’ boss, best thing he did for me/ I needed to grow, too immature, it’s shit I needed to know,” he rapped over J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League’s production.

In 2011, Jeezy recruited Freddie Gibbs to his CTE World imprint, working with him on songs including “Do It For You,” “Run-DMC,” and “.38.” However, things took a turn for the worse when Gibbs left the label the following year on less than cordial terms.
