After meeting Beyoncé for the first time at the 2023 Grammy Awards, GloRilla is completely smitten.
Big Glo had a big night at the 65th annual ceremony because in addition to being nominated for the first time for her breakthrough single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” she made her stage debut as part of the Hip Hop 50 Tribute.
“I met Beyoncé bye !!!!!!! My life is COMPLETE,” GloRilla wrote with a quick selfie video alongside the legendary singer.
The Heart Part 5 by Kendrick Lamar finally won the Best Rap Performance award, defeating “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” which was nominated.
The Memphis native’s night wasn’t affected by this, though, and she brought nothing but great energy to the stage as she performed alongside legends like De La Soul, Queen Latifah, Public Enemy, Rakim, Method Man, The Lox, Missy Elliott, and more as part of the Hip Hop 50 performance curated by LL Cool J and Questlove. Other than Big Glo, only Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Baby were selected to represent the contemporary Hip Hop generation.
