GBGFLEE, founder of gbgthecompany, has announced a Labor Day event focused on supporting Boston’s youth and students. The initiative is being organized in partnership with sweatconnect617 and 4f1ve6, along with contributions from a wide network of community figures, influencers, and organizations.
Among the partners and supporters involved are Heal The Hood, King Brickz, Limitless Athletics, The Local Trap Union, Tex Era Inc, 6orn_ht, MortonDigital, nogamerecords, V Done, Content, and Chase The Chicken, with others expected to contribute.
The event, scheduled to take place at The Reggie Lewis Center, is framed as a community giveback for kids and students in the city. Attendees can expect the distribution of book bags, school supplies, and other resources ahead of the new school year. The focus is on ensuring that young people in Boston have access to the materials they need to start the academic season prepared.
In addition to attending, the organizers are encouraging members of the community to take part through donations, which will go toward supporting students, the “future brains of this city,” as GBGFLEE described in the announcement.
The event will feature photography by MortonDigital, videography by Always Risk Things, and music from DJ Tyslime alongside Boston’s own DJ E Dubble, ensuring that the day blends both community engagement and creative expression.
In his announcement, GBGFLEE stressed inclusivity, urging people not to exclude themselves from the initiative. The event is being positioned as a chance for residents, organizations, and artists alike to come together in support of local youth.
