In a brand-new shoe partnership with Diadora, Dave East debuted the N9002 silhouette in his own custom hue.
The Harlem-born rapper took to Instagram earlier this week to reveal a few promotional images of the new kicks that will launch exclusively at Foot Locker on January 29 in a full size men’s run (8-13). East first displayed the boots with a brand-new tracksuit in the same colorway in the Instagram post before wearing a blue letterman jacket with them.

The collection, according to the media, is dedicated to Dave East’s late buddy and fellow rapper Kiing Shooter. The interior of the sneakers bears the initials FTD, which stand for “From the Dirt,” as well as the birth and death years of Shooter.
Outside of the music industry, Dave East has been involved in other endeavors besides his foray into the sneaker market. In the summer of 2022, the 34-year-old started his first business, From The Deli, in Harlem, New York. The shop sells FTD goods including clothing, Dave’s own marijuana strain called East Lato, and other things.
