Eminem Unveils New Track “Tobey” Featuring Big Sean and BabyTron Amidst Album Rollout.

Eminem continues promoting his new album, *The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce)*, with the release of a new song today. Titled “Tobey,” it features fellow Detroit artists Big Sean and BabyTron, offering a great opportunity for the latter. The trio exchanges verses filled with their trademark punchlines.

Yesterday, Eminem unveiled a trailer announcing the release date for the highly anticipated album, his first since 2020’s *Music To Be Murdered By* and his twelfth studio album overall. The controversial rapper kicked off the campaign with “Houdini,” a humorous track reminiscent of his *Eminem Show* single “Without Me,” complete with the return of his Rap Boy persona, performing his own stunts in the music video.

Not everyone appreciated the return of his provocative style, as Megan Thee Stallion’s fans criticized him for making light of her injuries in the song’s lyrics. However, his defenders noted that he has a history of treating serious matters humorously. Whether “the death of Slim Shady” will mark the end of such immature jokes is yet to be determined.
