Earleena Fatosa Teaches Black Women Entrepreneurs How To Build High-Value Offers And Increase Their Earnings.

Earleena Fatosa Helps Black Women Earn More With High-Ticket Offers.

Marketing expert Earleena Fatosa is guiding Black women entrepreneurs to package their skills into premium services, showing them how to earn $480,000 annually by selling 20 offers at $24,000 each.

“Many Black women are working hard but not earning enough for their expertise. It’s time to charge what we’re worth,” she says.

Research highlights the income gap for Black women in business. A 2023 Wells Fargo study found that Black women entrepreneurs earn an average of $43,700 per year, significantly lower than the $170,000 average for white women. Fatosa’s approach focuses on shifting from lower-priced services to high-value offers that provide real solutions for clients.

Fatosa’s experience in corporate leadership and business gave her insight into pricing challenges. Despite her qualifications, including a master’s degree in marketing, undercharging limited her success. Her perspective changed after overcoming academic discrimination, which reinforced her belief in financial independence.

To help more Black women reframe their business strategies, she created the 24K Offer Creation Challenge, a free training program that teaches how to build and sell premium offers. Participants learn pricing strategies, client targeting, and business growth techniques.

Black women looking to increase their business earnings can join the challenge at 24koffer.com.
